Airedale - Hunslet Standard 15" Class |
A 7mm scale model of Airedale, which was the first of the Hunslet standard 15" class, built for shunting at collieries in Yorkshire in the north of England. The model was built from the really excellent 85A Models plastic kit (sadly, long out of production), with some scratch built additions and modifications; the 'working' lubricators may be seen on the running plate with their drive from a return crank on the centre driving wheel.
